Just a 10 day window to visit the beautiful flower fields...
The flower field open days are a “pop-up” event on a working farm in Wick nr Pershore. The flowers bloom for a very short time and the fields are open for just 10 days when they are looking their very best - usually at the end of June into the first week of July.

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to have been booked by families wishing to have their portraits taken at the Flower Fields. My couples come to me either direct or they find me on the list of Professional Photographers which the Flower Fields team publish on their website each year.

A fun meander through the flowers...
My photo session at the Flower Field usually take from 30 mins to 1 hour totally depending on the size of family my clients bring along or how willing a little one is to have their picture taken. I don't call for endless poses - I try to keep the shoot as fluid and spontanious as I can so not to bore the kiddies!
A whirlwind 10 days...
We take a short walk around the various different coloured Larkspur flowers and also the glorious Wild Flower section - pausing to take a few shots. As the Flower Fields are open to the public for just 10 short days a year the place gets very busy but I always manage to find just the right spot for my clients for their photographs.
A very well organised event...
This event is perfect for young families or those with children a little older. The Flower Field Team put on a fantastic event with pop up cafe, an artist in residence and of course the essential toilets. Carparking is well organised and the stagared admission times keeps traffic & waiting down to a minimum.

This is an outdoor event so we are at the mercy of the English weather! If for any reason the Fields have to close due to bad weather I offer my clients the chance to change their booking time or date or if there is no way to go ahead a full refund will be made by me. (Addmission is seperate to my fee so any date swopping must be okay'd with the Flower Fields directly first).
We've had the fun - now it's time for editing!
Once our shoot is over my editing begins! From the moment I return home I am busily culling & saving images to edit in my own unique style for my clients. From the shoot you would receive a link to your personal online gallery of the images taken during our shoot.
10 digitals & an online password protected gallery for 12 months...
My price for the shoot includes 10 digital images which you select yourself from your gallery of images. There is always the option to purchase more than your 10 images included with my fee (*PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE PRICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FOR 2025 - So please message me direct for a quote)
What you receive...
your 10 images are edited to my exacting standard - any extra heads bodding in the backgroud are swiftly removed. Finally your images are put on a USB for you and delivered in a wooden keepsake box tied with ribbon.
Printing services available via your gallery...
The images are copyright free so you are able to get your prints anywhere you choose however I do also offer printing services which is accessable via your gallery. Any images not chosen from the initial gallery will be removed and your chosen 10 (or more) images are made available on your gallery for 12 months - a great way to share your pics with friends on socials.
Not all is lost if the sun doesn't shine!
Even on an overcast day the flowers simply sing! Making for beautiful photo sessions even if the weather isn't roasting hot... (erm still waiting for the Summer of 2024!)
